How Does It Work?
Choose a suitable package or contact us via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone to discuss the best option to suit your needs.
Payment can be made via EFT for Ad-Hoc requests or a Monthly Subscription when you sign up as a Member.
Once we have received your payment confirmation we will contact you within an hour. A task number will be allocated and an estimated time of start and completion of each task will be given.
We will update you on our progress and inform you of the hours utilised throughout the task.
What can I expect once I have signed up?
We will contact you within an hour from receiving your payment confirmation (if it was sent to us within our business hours 8am – 4pm) to discuss your request. A task number will be allocated and an estimated time of start and completion of the tasks will be given. We will create a secure personal Admin Divas profile for you where, in future, all your relevant information and documentation will be stored.
Will my data be safe and secure?
We use world-class systems adhering to international encryption standards to manage and store your profile, data and documentation. No data is stored on PC or laptop hard drives.
Will my task requests remain confidential?
Yes, all our employees sign a non-disclosure agreement as part of their employment contract.
What are your payment methods and how does pricing work?
For the Ad-Hoc option, payment will be made via PayFast Secure Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). For Personal or Business monthly member options, payment will be made via PayFast monthly subscription where the relevant package of choice will be deducted every month. Once you have selected your payment method you will be re-directed to PayFast’s secure site for payment of the applicable purchase price for the service. The monthly subscription start date will be the date you joined as a member.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription immediately.
Are my payment transactions safe?
We use PayFast trusted by some of the country’s largest brands and online stores. The payment method used on some of the worlds largest e-commerce platforms.
How can membership benefit me?
By becoming an Admin Divas member you will benefit from better hourly rates, preferential service delivery, specials and recommendations.
Are the hours transferable?
Subscription hours are valid per month and are not transferable.
What is the turnaround time on tasks?
Turnaround times vary according to the tasks given. We schedule our time to best serve you. To manage your deadlines please clearly communicate with your Admin Divas assistant.
How do I know how much time has already been spent on a task?
Your assistant will keep you updated on the hours you have utilised throughout your task.
How do I communicate with my assistant?
You can contact us via email, whatsapp, sms or phone which ever suits you.
How does the gift voucher work?
Simply choose the voucher you require, complete the online form and make payment via PayFast secure EFT. We will email the voucher to you so that you can give it to your special person. The gift voucher recipient can contact us with their request.
Your offices are in Stellenbosch, must I live nearby to use your services?
Our team of assistants are based in Stellenbosch Cape Town, however, you can use our services from where ever you are. If you live nearby please come and visit us for a free consultation and a cup of coffee.
